They'd very much appreciate RSVP's sent to [masked].
I'm including some of the text of their event announcement below, which has more details.
Hope to see you there!
-Food: You need to provide for yourself. Bring sufficient food to feed yourself however water is always available. Some light snack food will be available. While some players provide food for players to enjoy, you need to be prepared. The kitchen has a large walk in freezer and a large kitchen to prepare food. If you use the kitchen, clean up after yourself. Leave no trace.
-Parking: There is a large parking lot right inside the camp site, camp policy REQUIRES that you back into parking spaces, and conserve parking by parking close to one another. Once you get to the camp site find a plot member or staff and we can help direct you around the camp site, the tavern building is right next to the parking lot.
-Smoking: Smoking is ONLY allowed behind the tavern. ASK A STAFF MEMBER WHERE THE SMOKING AREAS ARE ON THE CAMPSITE. If you are caught smoking any where else on the camp you may be asked to leave the event. LOCATIONS WHERE FIRES ARE ALLOWED WILL BE ANNOUNCED DURING LISTEN UP.
-Equipment: If you need to borrow weapons or costuming you must include that in your RSVP; other players may be able to help you with it. We normally do not loan out weapons or costume except for emergencies.
-Bedding: There are more beds at this camp site then the last site, most of the sleep space is in rooms with plenty of sleeping space and tons of perma-tents, once on site we can show you where the sleeping space is. Cars are allowed to be driven around the camp site, so you can drive to a camping area and drop off your tents and stuff and return your car to the parking lot.
-Ability Tracking: Players are required to keep track of the their characters expended abilities. This game we will be pulling the Player cards during game, the cards must be accurate.
-Background: Remember to check with plot to see if they have a background from you during check-in. If you are unsure then please bring a print out of it with you or e-mail it to us at [masked]
-Character Sheets: All players will need to have two copies of their own character sheet with them. Characters should be updated with the newest rules set. One copy for us at check in and one copy for you to keep during game (making that two in total).
-Production and Tags: If people need tags for things or wish to do things during downtime, send your write-ups in BEFORE the Thursday before the event . Or you must have a list of things (already written or typed) to hand to plot of what you need tags for at check-in.
