VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Woofstock 90210

RSVP FOR VOLUNTEERS ONLY

EVENT COORDINATORS: Logan Dillon and Jennifer Freel

This is your chance to volunteer for LARPBO and help spread the word about our community and our dogs. We really need your help to make a bigger impact!

Actual event starts at 11am and ends at 4pm.  But we need help setting up starting at 9am and taking down.

When you RSVP, please indicate the time(s) you will be volunteering. If you wish to change your volunteer schedule, please reply to your own comment so that the event coordinators can keep better track. We’d love to have you a couple of hours or the entire event.

Tito’s Crew will be at the event demoing their well-behaved manners and, of course, awesome tricks! If you would like your dog to be part of Tito’s Crew, minimum requirement is that your dog must have passed the CGC. Approval by Troy or Sadot is also required. Please email them at [masked].

If your dog is not yet qualified to be part of Tito’s Crew and you would like to bring your dog, please indicate when you RSVP to be sure enough crates are available. Your dog must be crated while you are on duty.

    Hi, I can definitely come for the break down, my plan was to arrive at noon, but if you are all set for people at that time, then I can come later. Please let me know.

    Don't hate me but I am going to have to flake. I misread a very very very important deadline, that is now Monday instead of 2 wks from now. There is also no way of finishing prior to Sunday. I am really really sorry.

    Logan, I am available from 9 - noon and I really want to help but I also don't want you guys to wish you had less people but don't want to offend anyone. If you feel you will have more people than you want, just let me know and I'll volunteer at the next event. I would hate to be in the way. If you need/want my help, I am more than happy to be there. Just let me know either way. I want to make things easier, not harder.

    Hi all! We currently have more than enough people for set-up so it would be great to have some people on the back-end to help with breakdown which is from 4:15pm-6pm (obviously sooner the quicker we can get everything broken down and loaded!). Anyone? Anyone? :) For breakdown thus far it looks like Troy and Sadot, Megan, Jody, and possibly a couple of those staying until 4pm?
