Quadcopters, multirotors and UAVs

Many of you have been able to fly the quads that we built last month, so this meetup will be focusing on fine tuning your setup and possibly adding new features.
We will be doing a lot more flying this week, so bring you batteries fully charged. You can also purchase whatever you need at www.Ctrl.Me and it will be waiting for you at the meet up.

We will be answering all sorts of questions and sharing advice on how to build and the best resources to get parts from all over the web and in stores locally. We will have a small group meeting at least once or twice a month dedicated to building nearly all small aircraft, including blimps and jets!

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

What Ashton said. It was great to see the little fleet of mulit-rotors. Thanks to everyone who brought them. I'm gonna have to make one too!

Thanks Simon for hosting the meetup. I'm glad to have had the chance to meetup with people who like flying copters just as much as I do. It was great to meet everyone.

Thanks again for hosting and for all you do to get us flying Simon! Also thanks to Sean for helping me tune my Turnigy controller, and to Ashton for bringing the awe inspiring Hexacopter.

Is there anyone coming from Irvine/Lake Forest willing to share a ride? I can only take the train, and because of the Metrolink schedule, I will either be two hours early or late.

I forgot to mention it, but a GPS unit for the Quadrino is coming out very soon. Just give me a shout out if you are interested and I will order some.

Got the bluetooth module for Quadrino to allow you to do the MultiWiii Config from your Android or laptop but haven't hooked it up yet, also looking forward to figuring out rate / expo / curves for my Quad on my Turnigy 9x flashed with er9x...
