This is the latest info! Saturday entertainment from 10:00 am to 7:00pm most of the entertainment on the Kiosk,with a stage next to the Pico Bldg. then on Sunday from 11:00am to 7:00pm they will have a Big stage "Univision" in the small park across the stret from Union Station they will block off the small Street for this event.
