Members this event overlaps with the Nisei Week Parade...check the times...decide which one you would rather go to. The end of the Nisei parade offers the 'OMIKOSHI' which is a smaller version of JAPANs of about 50 people chanting and raising of a platform zig zagging followed by the TANABATA lantern lit up both of these will offer great lowlight shots as they are at the end of the PARADE. I have listed a lot of events for your enjoyment...it is always my desire to shoot with you...but please understand if I can't make it because of last minute problems with my health. Members please check the calendar

What time is this at, when the parade is at 11 am, but it says to meet at 7pm. But on the site the festival is only from 12-6pm.

Agghh Rick..thanks! I Love photography like all of us here...if I can make a few people smile because they just realized the FUN of capturing moments...it's worth it! I may not have the endurance as these young photogs have but I have the DESIRE to share in places NEW and OLD

Members festivals are a great way of learning to shoot people without getting intimidated. They love their pictures taken especially the performers...they spend a lot of money on costumes and many hours practicing for this day...any pics they can get is appreciated. So you new members that just joined get there a little early and meet me there and we talk about making pictures and I will give you a tour of Olvera STReet...so join me and come down

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
