I'm curious to see how different individuals see the world. Also, it's a great way to bounce around ideas and keep that spark alive.
Sharing interest is the best avenue for creative growth.
I've worked as a photo assistant for two separate studio's in the past and I also spent a fair amount of time in the darkroom. With the advent of digital I advanced to Large format printing. This was a great learning experience as it enabled me to learn the nuts and bolts of color management. It was not easy but, I'm glad I stuck to it. Currently, I use the skills that I have learned to run a fine art printing business and I must say it's much more rewarding working with artist.
