It might be raining, so dress for the weather. Last chance to update your RSVP attendance if you are not able to attend because your plans have changed. The LAWS No Show Policy is in effect.

Hi Gals,

It is the DWPs 13th Annual Holiday Lights Festival at Griffith Park and we are going, because it sounds like a lot of fun. Carla will be our Event Hostess for the evening. She has attended this festival many times and suggested it would be a great event for LAWS. Thank you Carla...what a fabulous idea!

First in our agenda is to start with dinner at the India Sweets and Spices in Glendale (Los Angeles) because many of you (including me) love Indian Food. It is completely Vegetarian Indian cuisine...lots of curries. I've been to several of the other locations, but never to the location on Los Feliz. I hope they have a good Masala Dosa. Prices are reasonable...less than $10 for your order. After our meal, I suggest we have our Indian tea to-go for the lights festival.

Next, we drive to the LA Zoo to the shuttles for the Griffith Park Holiday Lights tour. Now, Carla suggests that we walk it, because of the music. I say we walk it too so we can converse with each other and drink our tea. We'll decide when we get there.

It sounds like a great idea for a Saturday evening before the holidays...don't ya think?
So join us for our little adventure. I hope you can come.

Remember to allow plenty of time to arrive on time. Carpooling is always suggested. Feel free to note what location you are coming from. If you see someone in your area, please contact that person directly to make arrangements.

This is a no limit attendance event. The LAWS No Show Policy is in effect. I would appreciate it that you update your own RSVP if your plans have changed so we have a realistic head count on the day of the event.
