For those not familiar with a British pantomime its a children's Christmas play that works on two level, for kids and for adults. The story is very much secondary to the action and the audience interaction. The main character is the principal boy (who is always female) and all the ugly sisters etc are guys. If this sounds very camp then you are on the right track. There is more audience interaction then a late night Rocky Horror show.

Didn't know what pantomimes are like. Great fun. Was expecting something more outrageous somehow (Stan told me)....but the singing blew me off! Great show.

The British Pantos can be far more rude but this one was made for delicate American ears....

No more Goldstar tickets left for the Dec 12th performance. Interestingly enough the y have cast Bruce Vilanch as Widow Twanky...Imagine a gay version of Les Dawson....

Anybody want to meet at The Federal next to North Hollywood Metro and carpool? Probably leave there around 6:15 pm as we need to visit "will call" for tickets.
