Step 1) Buy a thermal-extrusion 3D printer ($500-$2,000 depending on type <--- rate limiting step)

Step 2) Acquire cheap biocompatible materials (gelatin, alginate, polycaprolactone, polylactic acid)

Step 3) Start printing scaffolds that could be used for tissue engineering applications (bone, cartilage, ligament, skin, anything really)

Step 4) Modify printer setup and optimize print parameters: print resolution, scaffold porosity, incorporation of bio-molecules into print, printing living cells, etc.

Step 5) Take over the world.
