Looking for a small apartment only: my main home where I run my
telecommunications engineering business and where I spend time with my
dear significant other on the weekends stays where it is in San Diego
area; all I'm looking for in a LB is a place where I can have a bed and
a computer desk. Prefer to spend no more than $[masked] for a 1 bedroom.
If anyone is looking for roommates, I might be open to the idea if it
saves me money compared to renting my own apartment, but it would have
to be under the following two absolute conditions:
1. No smoking
2. No dogs
In looking for an apartment to rent by myself I also strongly prefer
complexes that do not allow dogs at all so I won't be at risk of getting
a nearby neighbour with a dog.

That would be quite useful, please do.

I plan on coming to the picnic next Sunday.

Yeah, the hijacking of the thread was rather uncool.
If anyone wants to start a new thread about an unrelated subject, post a
new message with a new subject line, don't just hit reply to a post
about something unrelated! The latter is just bad netiquette.
