FINAL WEIGH-INS/AFTER PICS for Weight Loss Challenge!

Our Weight Loss Challenge/TEAM LBLL had an AWESOME start last night, April 30th! We have $300 in the kitty for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners to grab! The Challenge ends on July 1st, Tuesday, and we're again meeting at Push-Ups to Pin-Ups for final weigh-ins/after pictures and another Fierce and Fun work-out that day! Same set-up as yesterday--show up at 6:30pm for weigh-ins/pics/sign in. $10/person for the private work out session for our group. Winners announced at the end of the work out!!

Last night, we had 4 people win two week free passes to Push-Ups to Pin-Ups, unlimited visits, dietician/nutrition support and personal trainers at their disposal! Two challengers also won "I Sweat Sugar" t-shirts! Wa-hoooo!

Remember, Girls--whatever time you spend working out/eating right/saying no to unhealthy habits/changing bad patterns, is all accumulating to WINNING THE MONEY!


**FOR THOSE WHO AREN'T PART OF THE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE, BUT ARE PART OF THE TEAM, You can still come and work out with the TEAM LBLL! Just $10/person. You just can't win the money! lol

      Congrats, Heron! I dropped a few pounds too! I was really amazed. The biggest changes are the little ones that I've done--gotten health check-ups/dr appts, bought work out clothes and shoes and good sports bras, gym membership, drinking a lot more water (water's always been my go-to, but I needed MORE), did some detoxing which is making me feel great, and sleeping better!
