Morning activities provide safe opportunities for self-expression and afternoon activities offer valuable healing tools. Please bring an object that represents a meaningful moment in your life to share in our circle. Our goal is to empower each other to grow, heal, and rejoice in our shared sisterhood. Celebrate the Vegan Goddess in each of us surrounded by the beauty of nature!

10:15am – Learn to Meditate with Veronique Perrot – Find inner peace
10:30am – Yoga with Lindsay Morgan – Gentle practice to start our day
11am - Circle led by Veronique Perrot and Lisa Levinson - Share something meaningful about yourself and the object you brought. 12pm – Catered Vegan Lunch prepared by Lisa Karlan
1pm - EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with Veronique Perrot - Relieve anxiety, unhappiness, daily problems and just feel plain happier! 2pm - Essential Oils with Danielle Ezra – Self-healing through aromatherapy
3pm – Expressive Movement with Lisa Levinson – Explore, play, & have fun together!
3:30 pm - Guided Meditation with Nikki Benoit

Directions & Parking: From PCH, turn onto Temescal Canyon Rd. The entrance to the park is located at the intersection of Sunset & Temescal Canyon Road. Once you enter the park, do not turn, drive straight 2 blocks until you reach a stop sign. A volunteer will great you at the stop sign, where you can pay for your parking pass. PLEASE STOP AT THE PHOTO ENFORCED STOP SIGN! INSTANT $100 TICKET!!! Turn right at the stop sign. Drive 200 feet and turn right into dirt parking lot. Do not block the road, do not block other cars in, and park. The classrooms are located uphill on the paved road in approximately one block. Unless you are handicapped, you are not allowed to park at the classroom site. Make sure that you place your parking pass on your dash face up (to avoid a $70.00 ticket).
