    (front-walker-pace = about 16/min. Mile)
    (approximate calorie-burn = about 400 to 600)
  • bikes and/or skates are welcomed
    (round-trip distance = about 6 miles)
  • stairs are individually optional
  • breakfast afterwards is tootongue
    (!!!Eat protein NOT carbs!!! biggrin)

     

    you will find us next to some palm trees, at the front of the restroom building on the beach (at Granada)
    coolwalk starts promptly at 9:30cool
