Are you ready for our fourth, monthly Brunch? We are working our way through some of the interesting restaurants in SLC , so we're going to try a new place that we happened on while we were wondering around the Farmer's Market, The Tin Angel Cafe.
Let's meet at the Farmer's Market's First Aid station at 9 AM and wander around and shop for a while so we work up a big appetite. Then we can cross the street and go have Brunch at 11 PM! It sure sounds like a good plan to me...if I do say so myself!
About the Restaurant / Chef:
"Perched on the south edge of Pioneer Park the Tin Angel has easy access to fresh, local ingredients. The Summer Downtown Farmer's Market is right across the street and chef (and owner) Jerry Liedtke spends the harvest season forming relationships with growers, sampling, purchasing and (most important) cooking the treasures he finds. The Tin Angel is nestled into a pioneer era home with a patio facing the park. Lunches are upscale with approachable prices and attitudes. "
Here are the restaurants I've found. Feel free to mention any others you know about.
