The Self-Portrait Spread
Santa Fe is known for a number of wonderful things, especially its variety of art. In this gathering I will introduce you to a style of reading tarot imagery as a priceless art form. This technique will then be applied to what I call the Self-Portrait Spread-- A spread that guides us on a creative path where we meet our muse, encounter and remedy creative blocks, and shake hands with royal patrons (to name a few).
All levels welcome and invited. Bring a traditional tarot deck consisting of 78 cards—oracle decks won’t work with this spread. Please make an effort arrive on time. We will start promptly at 5:30. Doors will open at 5:15.
Looking forward to meeting and reuniting with you!

She heads Santa Fe’s two tarot Meetup groups with a membership of 350, is co-founder and organizer of LETS: Land of Enchantment Tarot Symposium, and was in the first class to receive a Masters in the Cultural Study of Cosmology and Divination from the University of Kent in England. Prior to her MA, Carrie graduated from Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont with a BA in Individualized Studies. Her graduating project gave focus to the archetype of the diviner and how contemporary diviners can empower communities through group divination. Through the use of the Internet and video technology, Carrie is able to divide her time in Europe, northern California and New Mexico where she offers classes and divination to a community of global diviners.
