This group is for you! Perfect for caregivers, parents, helping professionals, healing professionals, and anyone with a caring spirit!

The purpose is to support and encourage one another in Self-Love, Self-Acceptance, Self-Nurturing and Self-Care. Recognizing that the more love we have for ourselves, the more positive energy we give out, and the better we can care for others!

We declare that we have a right to love whomever we love, and to be the loving, caring people we are! And to feel good about who we are!

We ARE BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT, WHOLE AND COMPLETE JUST AS WE ARE! There is nothing lacking within us.
