My partner and I have a blended family (my kids are her stepkids) and we have been hard-pressed to find other non-traditional families to socialize with, who understand the unique challenges faced by LBGT families. The purpose of the group is to provide opportunities for parents and children to expand their support and social networks with diverse families. Anyone who supports this purpose is welcome to join, no matter what your family structure may be. Traditional and non-traditional families welcome!
