This event may well be the most crucially pivotal event of our lifetime and the life of Mother Gaia. Each and every one of us has the opportunity right now to ensure our future.

If you understand the concept of the 100th monkey and how consciousness is expanded you grasp the magnitude of a worldwide infusion of love and gratitude into the liquid resource that comprises over 80 percent of our planet.

We are now less than four weeks from consciously flooding every crystal of H2O with LOVE and GRATITUDE. Let's make this "LOVEFEST" a huge success.

When you enroll as a member, please list the talents and/or resources you have to contribute. After you enroll you will be notified by email your personal LIVE H2O contact. Please be vigilant about reading your emails from this site so that you will be available for information/planning meetings and/or conference calls.

Activities you might be interested in facilitating:

PRE-EVENT ACTIVITIES

* Assist Committe Chairs with contracts, co-ordination and paperwork
* Phone calls to recruit vendors, sponsor, and volunteers
* Secure Party Rental Needs (fenses, chairs, tables, booths, etc..)
* Research Volunteer Organization that may be willing to volunteer (i.e., church groups, boys & girls clubs, etc...)
* Web/Internet management
* Design/Art-PR/Networking - Press Releases
* Media (magazine/TV/Radio/Internet
* Integrated Marketing: asking for other like-minded organizations' email and and contact lists
* Solicit Corporate Sponsorships, Go-Green companies, Solar Panel, Hydro Cars
* Technical help with PA, Sound, and Lighting - Screens & LCD Projects - Broadcast - Video Camera - Photographers
* Staging - Stage Techs - Generators - Monitors to show coverage at other worldwide events

ONSITE DURING THE ACTUAL LIVE H2O Weekend

* Transportation
* Setup (stage, trash, toilets, showers, tents, chairs, tables, vendor booths, life guard, fence and tear down
* Security or parking
* Work on the technical team with stage equipment
* Working with people with special needs, sign language, and translation
* Lost and Found
* Children's section chapterones, volunteers, and day care
* Walk the grounds
* Eco Village assistance
* Assist vendors, VIPs, speakers, and performers
* Work in the speaker and performer store
* Yoga area
* Assist with the programs and schedules
* Assist Committee Chairs

IMPORTANT REQUEST

Please be aware this is a GRASSROOTS movement to help the planet. Everyone is volunteering their time, energy and resources. After reading the above list you can understand what types of resources are required to make this work.

If you have access to or know anyone that can donate resources for this event, please have them contact D'Marie immediately.

We are looking for:

Stage materials and everything that goes with it...audio, video and lighting

Electrical generators - SOLAR EQUIPMENT PREFERRED....As much Eco friendly equipment as possible

Tables, Booth Tents, Fences, Port-a-Potties

Etc...be resourceful...what would we need to put on a festival of this magnitude.

Also, if you or anyone you know, any business you may be affilitated with can donate $$$$$$$$$....please do so or encourage others to do so....what isn't donated will need to be rented or purchased.

Please help us help the Mother Earth...ultimately we are helping ourselves!!!!
