  • November 27, 2012 · 7:30 PM

Learn the basics of snowshoeing! This is the best work out you will ever get and burns 450 calories an hour! Snowshoeing will also take you places in the winter you couldn't get to on cross country skis. This is a fun, exciting sport and by then of this clinic you will have the confidence and skill to start snowshoeing yourself.

Steve is always a professional and knows how to demonstrate everything he touches. Kayaking and now snow shoes too. Yes, I know high heels don't work with snow shoes. Thanks for the call to Vermont too.

It covered all questions I thought to ask... and made me look forward to getting some snow to put my snow shoes to use!

You will have a chance to try them on and walk around in the store. If we do have snow we will be outside. Do the snow dance please!

Steve. I may be a few minutes late. I have a basketball parents meeting at 7. I'll be right down the road. However if you dance enough and they cancel school i'll be there on time

I don't think we'll be snowshoeing, Erica. My snow dance hasn't worked yet. :-)

I assumed that this would just be an intro to equipment, what to where, where to go, etc.

I have knocked the dust off a 20+ year old bicycle, so I might as well knock the dust off 30+ year old snowshoes too.

Joni, I am going to increase the number to 30, seems like there is a lot of interest in snow shoeing!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
