Promised I would post my recipe...and I knew if I didn't do it tonight, I would forget! Brown 2 lbs ground chuck & 1 lb italian sausage together. Drain grease. To this add:

3 (15 oz) cans of pinto beans (drained)
1 (15 oz) can of chili beans in hot sauce
2 (28 oz) cans of diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
    1 large yellow onion (diced)
1 medium green bell pepper, seeds removed (diced)
1 medium red pepper, seeds removed (diced)
2 green chile peppers, seeds removed (diced)
    3 stalks celery (chopped)
    1 Tbsp bacon bits
4 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef work)
1/2 cup beer (I use Yuengling)
    1/4 cup chili powder
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp hot pepper sauce (I use Chalula)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp sugar

Cook on medium heat for a minimum of 2 hours. I usually leave it about 4-6 hours so veggies can soften. Enjoy!!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
