KEN'S FRIDAY AFTER WORK DRINKS (15.03.13)

ITS FRIDAY! ....So why not join your friends in the city for a drink and free nibbles after work and celebrate the end of the week in this most traditional bar. Set over two levels, Davy's Bar and Grill at Holborn (previously known as The Bunghole) is a short walk for Holborn Tube Station. This is a traditionally styled Davy’s bar, and is a popular choice for lovers of decent wine, pints of wallop, Davy's lager (other beers available too!) and good food (7 cuts of steak available). There is a well-stocked wine cellar, with plenty from the Old & New Worlds, & almost everything available by the glass.

There is a ground floor bar with in addition the lower ground floor revealing further large bar area perfect for groups. Tankards, ale casks & traditional floors give the space a warm, antiquated feel.

After the bar closes at 11pm we will move across the road to the Penderels Oak which stays open until 1am.

 

Please note that we are in the downstairs bar. Davy's Bar and Grill is on the opposite side of the road (i.e. High Holborn) to The Penderels Oak pub.  The entrance to the downstairs bar is in Hand Court.  Full Address is:  Davy's of Holborn, Hand Court, 57 High Holborn,  London WC1V 6DT.
