Hi Alison! It would be great to help take your fitness to the next level. I'm sure you'll really fit in. We meet every Saturday at 9.30am and Sunday at 10.30am. I recommend you bring some water with you. You can leave your bag, but because there is a parking fee for the car where we keep the bags, we ask for a 40p donation towards the cost. The meet up itself is FREE, all we ask is that you try your best and make lots of friends. See you soon!

interested in mothly trips to the indoor snow domes? I want to arrange one day a month where we go to either hemel hempstead/milton keynes and have a lil snowboard/ski sesh, followed by a group dinner and or drinks. I would be happy to arrange lessons and possibly trasportation depending on group size. Hopefully if we go often eough and are a largish group we could negotiate some discouts.
