Hi Riffat, welcome to the group! The majority of people will be in running gear (we have a running meetup beforehand) and try to make it to wholefoods just before 11am when the hordes arrive. If you go upstairs and we normally sit right at the back on the left. We normally are the largest group who gather. We will be having a quiz over breakfast about a topic of personal development with prizes to be won. Looking forward to meeting you!
