This functional strength training class at Triplex Training is ideal for triathletes, runners, swimmers, cyclists, and anyone looking to stay in great functional shape. As endurance athletes we don’t need to “bulk up” to improve competition, but can gain extreme benefits from a properly prescribed functional strength training workout. With Kyle Herrigs 15 years of experience working with injured athletes, he understand the chronic stresses the body goes through and how very few athletes focus on this aspect of training. He’s designed a group workout to help improve efficiency by engaging the whole body and making the core an integral part of each workout. A strong core allows us to maintain form through an entire race and keep us efficient. He is looking forward to introducing the LUNA Chix Team to a functional workout with Triplex Training!
