LUNA Yoga – (Part of the LUNA Yoga Series)
- Please join us for out LUNA yoga series. Our very own Jenny Holsman Tetreault will challenge us in a focused yoga class.
In the midst of Triathlon training, it's critical to work on strengthening your arms! If you're bored with your usual dumbbell routine, hop on a yoga mat and join LUNA to target your arms, upper back and your core. All designed to leave you strong and sculpted!
All donations collected at the class will be given to the Breast Cancer Fund (thank you)! This first LUNA Yoga class will be part of a monthly series designed to make you a stronger athlete so we look forward to seeing you there!
