LUNA Chix Brix

Join us for a 60 minute spin and then a 2 mile run or 20 minute strength training.
What to bring:
- your bike
- your cycling shoes
- bike trainer *(extra trainers may be available if you give us a heads up!)
- towel
- hydration
- running shoes
- a smile!
