Water Running Clinic

Learn proper water running form, how to change up your drills in the water, and - best of all - get some ideas for structuring effective water running workouts! Andrea Fisher, LUNA Chix sponsored athlete and former professional triathlete/swimmer, will lead this ladies-only water running clinic at the Jewish Community Center.

The clinic will conclude with an actual water run workout. Equipment needed: bathing suit, hat/sunglasses (optional), water bottle, and a running belt - if you don't have a running belt, a pool noodle can be used (available on site).

Participants will need to bring a photo ID and provide it to the membership desk for access.

Questions about water running prior to the event? Contact Andrea at [masked].

If you have a pool noodle or a water running belt, please bring them! We are expecting a high number of participants and we want to make sure everyone is accommodated!

I am not sure. Andrea works there daily as well. Shooting her an email is probably a good idea

They'll work great - it's whatever you're comfortable wearing in the pool!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
