About The Las Vegas Bellydance Meetup Group

The Las Vegas Bellydance Meetup Group has been in existance for a long time; however, it hasn't been extremely active and has been through numerous organizer changes. This doesn't necessarily reflect the bellydance community here in Vegas.

Our local bellydance scene is alive and active. We have regular workshops, events, parties, haflas, and classes taught by over 25 local teachers.

Most of our online correspondance has been in the LVBellydancers Yahoogroup and in the LVBellydancers Tribe as well. I am personally committed to seeing this Meetup group become another fabulous resource for our online Vegas community. I regularly host local community bellydance Haflas (parties). Becoming the organizer for this Meetup list is a natural extension of what I do already. I'm glad I can serve our community.
