The Las Vegas Massage Therapy Meetup group is a representation of members who are interested in massage therapy, massage therapy as a profession, massage therapy topics, products, and ways of giving or receiving massage therapy.

Many of our members are professionals, and some are members of the public seeking out massage therapy professionals or businesses that have an interest in networking with massage professionals and the general public. Please read the member's profile to understand more of how s/he can help you in massage therapy before asking questions and assuming that everyone is a Massage Therapist in the group.

We only ask that when you become a member that you post questions or topics of a massage therapy nature.

We also ask that you respond to all invitations to Meetups for the group, as it will assist the Organizers in better planning future meetups and cater to the members who are attending regularly. We value your input and telling us why you can or can't attend and answering a question or two with your RSVP really helps the group as a whole.

The Uglies --

The forum is an open one, in which the goal is education, enlightenment, or even just to be exposed to or expose a different way of thinking about things related to massage therapy.

If you have a problem with another member, the Organizers only have the capability to remove the offending member from the group, not take or support any legal action that may be required in your situation. So BE CAREFUL of what you post and to whom you direct your post.

Any non-massage or non-professional or disrespectful posts will be removed immediately, including offensive, vulgar, hateful, sexual, or demeaning nature, as they are NOT TOLERATED in an environment of healing and wellness that massage therapy attempts to facilitate.

If your post is not related to massage, you will be asked to change it to relate to massage or it will be removed in a reasonable amount of time. If your intent is not of a massage therapy-related nature as to your reason for joining the group, you will be asked to leave, notwithstanding removal if you do not respond in a massage therapy-related or good-natured way.
