Introduction
Hi ladies! I'm starting this group in an attempt to get a group of women together to play basketball on a weekly basis. I'm a mother of 2 toddlers and I work full time, so I'm looking to get in better shape and relieve some stress! Please join me!
What is your playing history (high school, college, AAU, coach, just for fun,etc.)?
I played varsity basketball at Berwick High School from 1992 - 1995. I then played in a rec league at University of Scranton from 1995 - 1997. I most recently played in the East Penn School District's Community Ed. women's basketball program.
What are you looking for in this group (get in shape, pick-up games, competition, etc.)?
I'm looking to get back in shape and have fun playing basketball again! I'd like to find enough opportunities to play a couple times each week.
How did you hear about the group (flyer, friend, web search, coach, etc.)?
I started this group in November of 2007.

no, you don't have to be a member of the church to play. I'm the one who organized using the church gym to play. We pay $30 a night (as a group) the nights we play. If you are interested, I can add you to the list to receive the emails. I'm actually not going to be playing for a while because I'm pregnant again.
