Walk around the Neighborhood!Join us for a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood! -
We are a group of women in La Costa Valley and the surrounding neighborhoods who are looking to get in shape, train for a race, or just to meet new friends.
We have a variety of levels - most of us are walkers, but runners and joggers are welcome!
If you are just getting started and need some extra motivation, then finding a friend to walk or run with will help keep you going.
There will be different options each week. If you have thoughts on a route or would like to invite others to join you, then send me an email and we will get it posted. Don't be intimidated to join us!
We have a great group of people and believe you will enjoy making new friends while keeping fit. Our motto: "For the Fun of It!"
