She makes this easy for anyone and knows her stuff. All kinds of people and all levels of skill are in this class. She is also working on starting a class on the west side in Hillsboro and curently has one in Portland. This class is really fun and a great change up from your regular work out or is great for someone that doesnt like to work out. ”
