One hour class unlike no other you have experienced. This is not your usual strip aerobics class. We teach genuine stripper moves and then give you a workout designed to strengthen and stretch the body parts that make these moves super sexy. We then incorporate mini "dances" that you can take home and practice. Before you know it, you will look and feel like the sexy woman you know that you are
Your body, mind and soul will love you for adding this class to your exercise routine. Be prepared to sweat, laugh and learn a few tricks that will just make you giggle and say, "Damn, I am hot!". This is for all ages, sizes and body types. We are all sexy Ladies so no negative body talk allowed.
For the next few weeks we will be learning a full 4 minute "routine" (I so dislike that word as there is nothing routine about exotic dance. One different glance can change the entire vibe!) and putting it to several different songs. Tonight we will continue dancing to, Puscifer's, Rev 22 20.
What To Wear?
We suggest long workout pants and a sexy top. I prefer to wear a low V neck sport top or a tight fitting scoop neck tee. It's important that you can see your curves. You may be a little uncomfortable with this at first, but trust me..you will be happy you slipped on that top that shows off your cleavage.
It is very cool to experience this class in platform heels. The 5 inch heel gives you a bigger range of motion, looks super sexy and well, just transforms you into a different person! I have loaner shoes available with the least inventory in size 9 and 10. You are welcome to bring your own heels or go barefoot. If you decide to bring your own, please no real pointy heels.
