If you are a woman who wants to write, who does write, who did write and wants to again, who has only wished you could write, you now have a group of like-minded ladies. You will be ready to give and get feedback with the feminine viewpoint from women who understand the issues important to women, who can give encouragement and support and who empathize with the practice of writing by and for women.

Whatever your reasons for writing--for publication, for memoir writing, for self discovery, to leave a legacy for family and friends, for healing, for spiritual journeying and simply because you have to--we welcome you.

Even as lonely scribes, we need to sometimes come out of our caves for help and inspiration in generating the right words, for getting answers, for accountability, for encouragement and stimulating ideas, for sharing accomplishments and for getting and receiving non-biased critiques.

Because it is difficult to have a group meeting without attendees, we request that you carefully consider whether you can commit to an average of two meetings a month, except in extenuating circumstances.
