Hi Ladies, Please don't take this the wrong way, Keep in mind when we as a group reserve a location, if I reserve for 10 or 15 people and the restaurant prepares a place for us, if people don't show, it falls back onto the organizer. I've had two managers get a little upset with me for reserving for 10-15 people and then only 3 or 4 showing up. If you are going to have to change an RSVP, please make sure to try and cancel the day before. This gives the organizer's time to contact the establishment and change the number of people. In some cases, the business asks for a credit card as a holding spot. The organizer's have to give the credit card number, and if people don't show, the business has the right to charge a no-show fee. Please be sensitive of this when you RSVP to events where reservations have been made. If you can please try to give at least 24 hours notice, that would greatly be appreciated :-) .
