Colorado Springs St. Patrick's Day Parade

Have you ever been to the Colorado Springs St. Patrick's Day Parade?

It's awesome. I didn't get to stay long last year, but the band entries seemed wonderful. I especially liked the bag pipers! "Marchers and spectators in their green bedecked finery-over 100 parade entries, including bands and floats-flags and magical leprechauns, highlight one of the grandest traditions in Colorado Springs, and one of the biggest events in our city. Over 30,000 cheering revelers - young and old - will line the streets as the parade winds through the heart of Downtown to the sound of bagpipes beginning at noon."

So what was the final verdict for where everyone is meeting at. And could you provide an address for my Tom Tom for directions, as I am still having navigation issues with this area.

I googled Uncle Wilber's Foundatin and it just gives me the cross streets- Bijou and Tejon streets. It's in the southwest corner of Acacia park (115 E. Platte Ave., Colorado Springs, CO,[masked]

Also not to confuse anyone. If you are in that intersection of Bijou and Tejon it will be on the Northeast corner of that specific intersection. Hope this also helps

Morning All! Where do you think a good meeting spot would be for this event? Mr. Wilber's Fountain?

Hey wait! Just had a thought--why not meet at Pikes Perk on Tejon, and we can get a coffee or something while we wait?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
