What are you doing on Saturday? Join us for the March Winter Market inside the gymnasium at Ivywild School from 10 AM – 2 PM this coming Saturday, March 29.
They'll have locally grown produce; locally produced jellies, jams and honey; and art made by Colorado artists! The Arkansas Valley Organic Growers (AVOG), a co-op of family farms near Pueblo, will be there. Sign up for your summer AVOG CSA share at the Market and receive a free AVOG tote bag! Pay in full and get a hat or a hoodie!
If you hurry and contact Hunt or Gather before 3PM today (March 26), you can select from AVOG’s produce, meats, cheeses and honey to place a special order. Usually, you have to be a member of Hunt or Gather’s AVOG Buying Club to do this, but this week non-members are invited to place orders and pick them up at the Winter Market!
They’ll also have Easter Egg Acres handmade Feedbag Tote bags! These bags are made from old feed sacks and have pictures of every farm animal you can imagine. Proceeds from bag sales help fund the markets and they give you a sturdy and stylish way to carry your purchases.
