Power Up Fitness Class

Get your mega-dose of cardio, muscle toning, balance, agility training, and flexibility. This class is sort of a mix between kick boxing, pilates, step aerobics, and yoga. You are guaranteed to burn fat and leave class with a sweaty smile on your face! This is a moderate-high intensity level class. Best of all, its free. Who could ask for more? :-)
