This was an interesting fair, if you are in to vintage books, author signed books and first editions. I was hoping for more "paper", such as posters, stationery, etc. Bought some vintage post cards of Chicago attractions

This was an interesting fair, if you are in to vintage books, author signed books and first editions. I was hoping for more "paper", such as posters, stationery, etc. Bought some vintage post cards of Chicago attractions. Had a good time afterwards. Walked down Halsted Street into Greek Town, had lunch, went to the Athena Candle Co.-an interesting store for getting long burning candles, religious items as well as horoscope and changing the energy in your body and environment.

I plan to take the 8:18 Northwest Line from Barrington that gets me in to Oglivie Station at 9:23 my guests will be meeting us at the Fair. Look at the train schedules to see if you are on the same line or when trains arrive downtown around the same time. We can determine meet-up location once we know how everyone is getting downtown.
