Ladies Running Indy & Staying Fit. Our group is geared towards all lady runners. Whether you are a new runner or a seasoned runner, we want to meet you. We will meet up at local races & a few not so local. We will race anything from the 5k road & trail runs, to the half & full marathons, obstacle races, on up to the ultra. When we are not racing, we will meet up with our fellow runners to run our neighborhoods, trails, parks & downtown.
Whether you run 5-minute miles or 5-hour marathons . . . whether you are training for your first 5-K or for a Boston Marathon qualifier . . . Ladies Running Indy & Staying Fit will help you stay motivated, achieve your goals and make new friends. Just knowing that even one person will be waiting for you after work or early on Saturday morning will inspire and motivate you – and keep you accountable for your goals.
Indy is a big city and driving 10 miles to run 5 is not always feasible. We are all busy....kids, work, spouses, pets, school, PTA. Running Indy will help you to meet other runners on your side of town.
In addition to our primary activity, on occasion we will attempt other fitness related events. Feel free to make suggestions.
