Konnichiwa!

Recently we have been having a LOT of fun with a few events and people keep emailing to do them again! So we are

As always, Aji Saiis an above average AYCE where the sushi is fresh, delicious and well made. A centrally located Maki joint where you can tell the difference both in quality and their larger list of menu items to order, like eel in maki and large selection of non-fish dishes. You know,  for those of you who would like to come out but instead of raw fish, would rather have beef/chicken or pork or if you are hot due to the weather outside, ice cream. And all for about $15!!

So come and let's have some sushi together! Last time, we had sushi, then we went for a drink (or two) to The Pilot and after, some of the members continued the event past 6:00pm!! However as always, the option will get voted by the group. But you know, something to keep in mind, now that the weather is, well, hot and wonderful.

See you all there!

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE, please if you disagree with this, do not RSVP. If you are on time or heck even 10min. late, this WILL NOT affect you.

Now it is IMPERATIVE for you to please, please, please, be on time. In fact, how about this, for every 15 minutes you are late after 12:20pm (which gives you 20 minutes to be late) you will be charged $1.00 on top of the $3. Yes, it sounds odd, but it is  highly unfair for members to be 30 minutes late for a lunch. Generally out of politeness, we wait for all RSVP members to arrive before we start eating and trust me, we are all very hungry at that point. Hence I always mention to members that I am already there waiting for people to come at 12:45. Lunch groups are small, so if you are a no-show you affect the group, as such, you may be removed off the group.

I have to make the reservations a few days in advance so if you need to cancel, do so on Thursday by the latest. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be removed. No questions asked.

We had a somewhat smaller turnout - 11 people - therefore we were seated near the front of the venue this time. Due to our smaller Group, we ended up ordering more food than needed and I ended up eating more than I ever have before at the restaurant. A good Event.

Alright, we were about 11 today, so a few of you will be removed. I already took two of you out and will take a few more off in a bit. Nothing personal, of course. Also, thank you very much to those who came out today. It was still WAAYY too much food.
    Cheers,

It should not take too late, the eating part will finish no later than 2:15pm -- As food for thought, there might be some free mariachi music at Harbourfront we could go to later.

Mauricio, How long does the lunch portion generally take? I'd have to leave by 3-330pm, so is that ok? Also, do you give out your # incase we get lost or can't find you or something?

Hi Everyone! Hope you're looking forward to some delicious sushi! Also as a reminder:

Reservations need to be made a few days in advance so if you need to cancel, do so by Thursday at the latest. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be removed. No questions asked. We are going rain or shine and it's just not right to have 4-5 members drop off on Friday just because. If you cancel on Thursday you'll be giving other members a chance to re-schedule and RSVP to the event. Plus it's good karma.
