Would've been nice to do a quicker "here's our pain" pitch from the 4 presenters, then let the group break up & talk with who they were interested in helping.

The panel was very interesting, though too bad there was no representation from city IT folks.

Got overruled by the wife's prior commitment... :( I did want to invite the group to a Greek Festival in 2 weeks though! www.TasteOfOrthodoxy.org - It's on Jay Road just east foothills pkwy / 119th. I'll be there all weekend long pouring Ouzo and having fun. Ask for Steve if you come!

Another conflict came up! This time I'm flying to Seattle to meet with my new employer. After that week I'll be working from home, though. Can someone ask whether Lafayette plans to support coworking/incubation space?

Anna -- that's fine. I was just hoping that someone from the planning department was coming. If not, then sure, no one there would be able to answer.

Is there a proposal for coworking/ incubator space?

I'm hoping to attend, but thought I would offer a "heads up" on the venue. If there's anyone there -- it will be noisy -- with the bare tin roof and naked walls. If available and the weather cooperates there's space out back that could work better for a discussion, if anything important is being said.

Will be out of town on vacation. Would love to know when I get back what was discussed and how I could help my community further. Cheers.
