We meet up to practice joke-free, unconditional laughter and breathing exercises to feel joy, work our core, sleep better, experience pain relief, boost immune systems, reduce stress and feel connected. Sense of humor NOT required. Wear comfortable clothes. Our members range in age from 4 to 70. Your joy buzz is guaranteed!
