Matt Frost has agreed to come back this month to present the talk that was cancelled due to the weather.

Every developer wants to work in an environment where efficiency and best practices are firmly established. Best practices aren't implemented overnight and the struggle to do things better in common. This talk will arm you with some effective techniques for effectively communicating and implementing change in your organization.

Matt has been working with PHP professionally for the last 6 years and is currently a Senior Developer at Highland Solutions in Chicago. He really enjoys the software development process, but especially process automation, automated testing, and object-oriented design. In his spare time, Matt is the founder and organizer of Northwest Indiana PHP.
