I want to bring people together, imrove the quality of life and show you how to dance. I always hear "I'm to old to dance" Or the famous " I have 2 left feet" etc... And so, I started this meet up. I believe dancing can and should be fun and appropriate for all ages and especially seniors, (if for no other reason than better health.) NO ONE is to old, young or 2 left footed to learn. Come and meet new people and have fun at the same time.

 

EXTRA PERKS: There are many health benefits derived from dancing. Dancing has helped seniors increase their stamina, become more flexible and is a great way to get more cardiovascular exercise through the movements of the dances. Dancing also helps improve circulation and lowers blood pressure and burns more calories then walking.  You will develop better posture and build strength and muscle mass that helps prevent osteoporosis.

 If your looking in to do something fun and it can better improve your health and quality of life, why not do it..
