The beautiful surroundings of Lake Lanier Islands is meant to be enjoyed! There are so many things to do... And so much better with a great group of friends! Some things this group will do will be to use our "power in numbers" to pool our money and do a lot of things we really couldn't do individually. Some of these things may include: Camping at the campground at the Islands right on the lake, Renting pontoon boats for our own "sunset cruise," Walking groups on the new Wellness Trails, One big Houseboat party this summer, Lunches/dinners at the restaurants inside the Islands, Days at the beach on Sunset Cove, Movies at night on the big screen in the wave pool, Hitting golf balls at the driving range overlooking the lake, Horseback riding around the lake, the list goes on!  These are just a few of the many examples of what we will be doing starting primarily in the early Spring and continuing throughout the summer and fall. There will be some activities during the winter as weather allows. The Islands are open year round for a reason after all. If you want to maximize your participation with the group, it is highly recommended you purchase an annual parking pass at Lake Lanier Islands. The pass is $50 for a one year period and can be purchased at the entry gate anytime. A good number of our events will be "free" other than gate admission ($10 without a pass) so it will be smart to buy a pass. Everyone is certainly welcome to join our events, however, most activities and our membership will be geared toward singles in the 25 - 45 age range.
