Spring Tonics w/ Herbalist Deborah Gideon

Cultures from all over the globe have created and used cleansing and rejuvenating tonics for centuries, especially in spring – sort of a spring wake-up call. After the long winter, with our tendency to eat diets that include heavier foods that often leave system residuals, a simple herbal tonic works wonders! You can easily cleanse your body of accumulated wastes by enjoying some simple remedies tested over the ages. We’ll sample a few teas and tonics with recipes to make your own at home.

Learned a great deal about the connection between herbs, making tonics and gently spring cleaning our own systems.

I thought this was really great! I got a lot out of it and will call Deborah for a consultation. . . . many thanks!

Is there a cost for this? Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something!

No cost for the class. I will have some products (teas and extracts for instance) available for sale.

I can't come after all, but if you offer it again, I'd really like to attend.

Anyone interested in attending, please contact the librarian, Sally Holt, and let her know you're coming. She would like to make sure they have enough chairs and the right space. Thanks.
