Some unfortunate events have happened on past skates, and as the news has been showing lately, heart problems can surprise just about anyone.

Therefor the Landskaters is sponsoring for the first time ever - Red Cross CPR and First Aid training.

Learn basic first aid for treating anything from road rash to broken bones and concussions. And just in case, learn adult CPR.

Landskaters is subsidizing nearly 75% of the cost of this class!
Your cost to participate is only $20, but there is limited availability!
So you must sign up through Meetup and first come, first serve. Though there will be a waiting list.

This is a 5 hour course, with a break for lunch. 10a - 4p. Landskaters will also be providing lunch for the event.

Please e-mail or post on Meetup if you have any questions.

Because this meetup is sponsored by Landskaters, this is open to regular members and participants only.

    •  The instructor was great. She walked us through the program with great patience. Since my last class there have been technique refinements that make doing CPR easier so i am very glad I took the program. In addition, it was fun spending the day with my skate buddies!
    •  Great value for what it cost the participants - the teacher was well informed and helpful.
