Meditation for Stress Management, Better Health and Higher Awareness

THIS IS A TWO DAY CLASS ON MARCH 11 & 18, 2013


The first session is on March 11 at 6:30-8:30 pm.In this class you will learn a simple meditation technique that has been clinically proven to reduce the harmful effects of stress. This revitalizing, therapeutic approach effectively relieves the tensions of todayʼs hectic lifestyle resulting in a healthier, more productive life. You will leave this class relaxed and renewed with everything you need to start a daily meditation practice.


The second session is on March 18 at 6:30-8:30 pm.In this class you will learn advanced concentration and meditation techniques to take your meditation practice to a higher level. Neuroscientists and yoga masters agree that a consistent meditation practice improves your physical, emotional, and cognitive health. These techniques are scientifically proven to boost your immune system, improve your productivity, and enrich the quality of your relationships. You will enhance your empathy and compassion and achieve greater peace of mind.
