Developing a Daily Meditation Practice

Are you interested in beginning or refining your daily meditation practice? This session, designed for both the beginning meditator and those familiar with basic meditation skills, will assist you.

This session will include lecture, discussion, and guided meditation using imagery and affirmations, and will conclude with a silent meditation. Those of all skill and interest levels are welcome. There will be an opportunity after class to ask questions about your meditation practice.

Recommended reading: Lessons in Meditation by Jyotish Novak or Meditation for Starters by Swami Kriyananda. These books are available through Ananda either at the class location or at www.crystalclarity.com.

This session will be facilitated by Dr. Will Page-Echols. Prior to medical school, Dr. Will was a certified yoga instructor through Golden Lotus. He has been practicing meditation through the path of Kriya Yoga for over forty years!
